We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
Quality Issues
In the rare event that you encounter any quality issues with our spices, we will gladly accept returns and offer a full refund or replacement. Quality issues may include but are not limited to:
Product damage during transit
Incorrect product received
Spoiled or contaminated product
Return Process
To initiate a return due to a quality issue, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. You may reach us via info@raasiva.com. Kindly provide your order details, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs to expedite the process. Upon receiving your return request, our team will assess the situation and provide further instructions on returning the product. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and securely packed for return shipping.
Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment or ship out a replacement product, depending on your preference within 5-7 working days.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
